I started personal training as another unsuccessful, hopeful young trainer in the world. I almost quit multiple times because I wasn't helping people or in fact myself.
That was until I found ATG, a method of movement that puts results of better living as the driving purpose of the training. This opened my mind to new avenues and ways to enable people to move, train and the best part be happier with what they get from their time with me.
Now I am a full time in-person and online trainer who helps people find their joy for movement in life each and every day. No doubt, this is the most rewarding job I have ever had and every time someone gets started, I get excited! I know that when they stick with it, more ability to do whatever in the world they strive for will very likely be apart of their future.

4 Weeks
I ask you to commit to 4 sessions a week for only 4 weeks.This is the time it takes most people to feel a difference and often have close friends start to see a difference.
If you are 50 this is barley 0.15% of the weeks you have lived and .002% of the hours you have lived. Math... Basically, the time commitment is extremely low for something you've probably wanted and your loved ones want for you!
